In order to reduce our billing costs, we ask that payment be made at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made with the office prior to your scheduled appointment. We accept personal checks, cash, MasterCard ? and Visa ?.
If you are a member of an HMO or a PPO and we are one of their providers, we will file your insurance for you. You will be asked to pay your co-payment and/or your deductible at the time of the office visit.
The office manager will gladly assist you with any questions you may have.
